If this is your first visit to our web site, we welcome you, and since we do not use a traditional
shopping cart (which just doesn't work with customized items), we would like to take this
opportunity to fill you in on our order process.
Here is a quick overview:
- You submit one or more quote requests
- One of our awards specialists will review your request(s) and create a detailed quote; you may
request changes, or you may accept the quote; when you accept your quote, a member of our staff will
convert your quote into an invoice
- You submit your payment
- We build your order and ship it via UPS
Of course, there are some variations - for example, you may know exactly what you want and select
an option to skip the quote and proceed directly to an invoice (and if you do, you will have an
opportunity to review the invoice and request changes before issuing your payment).
Each of our awards has a web page with a detailed description and a link you can click on to request
a quote. When you fill out and submit the Quote Request form, it will forward your information to us in the form
of an email message. If you are interested in multiple items, you are welcome to fill out a form for
each award; if you are interested in more than one of a particular award, you can provide the engraving
information for the first item in the field provided for in the form, and that for additional items in
the Comments field.
One of our awards specialists will review your request and create a detailed, itemized quote
(or invoice, if you checked the "Buy now" option) for you to approve. We will send you an email
message containing a link to your quote/invoice. We must have your full
name and correct email address to be able to provide a quote, and we must have your shipping address
to be able to provide an invoice. We ship via UPS to locations in the United States only so we will need
a street address, not a PO box or APO address.
This exchange between you and our awards specialists is essential to ensure that your awards are
customized in the manner you expect. These procedures have been developed over the course of many
years, and though they take more time than a traditional shopping cart, we and our customers find
that they work very well. We have had many customers comment that it is reassuring that a person
has reviewed their request, rather than just having their request submitted to a system that provides
no feedback.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. We will provide a button on the page containing your
invoice that you can click on to proceed to a secure PayPal payment page, which will have most
information already filled out for you. If you are not familiar with PayPal's service, we
encourage you to review our PayPal information page. Using PayPal
is as safe as it gets for online ordering, and millions of businesses and consumers trust their
online transactions to PayPal.
